How does the 14-day free trial work?
Sign up with an email — no credit card. Full access to whatever plan you start on for 14 days. At the end of the trial, you either pick a plan and add a card, or your workspace pauses (data retained for 30 days, then deleted). No auto-charge surprises.
What happens if I exceed my prompt limit?
We notify you at 80% and 100% of your limit. Going over isn't billed — we just stop adding new prompts to your scan queue until you upgrade or remove some. Existing tracked prompts keep scanning normally. No surprise overage charges, ever.
Can I switch plans?
Anytime, in one click from your account page. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're billed pro-rated for the remainder of the period. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you don't lose data mid-month.
What's your refund policy?
Monthly plans: cancel anytime, you keep access until the end of the billed month, no refund needed. Annual plans: 30-day refund window — if PromptMantra doesn't work for you in the first month, we refund the unused portion. Full policy on the refund policy page.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits, .edu, or early-stage startups?
Yes. 30% off any annual plan for registered non-profits, accredited educational institutions, and YC / Techstars / 500 / Antler / On Deck batches in the last 12 months. Email info@reputeinfosystems.com with proof and we'll set it up.
Are there setup fees?
No setup fees on Starter, Growth, or Business. Custom enterprise plans may include a one-time onboarding fee depending on integration complexity — always disclosed up-front.
Which currencies and payment methods?
USD by default. EUR, GBP, INR, AUD, and CAD available on request. Payment via card (Stripe), ACH for US customers on annual plans, and invoiced wire for Business and custom plans.
