The 14-day free trial.
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You don't enter a credit card to sign up. If you don't add a payment method by day 14, your workspace pauses and your data is retained for 30 days, then deleted. There's nothing to refund because we never charged you.
Monthly plans.
Cancel any time from your account page. You keep access until the end of your current billing month. No refund is issued because the month is already paid for and you continue to receive the service. We don't pro-rate mid-month cancellations on monthly plans.
Annual plans — 30-day refund window.
If you signed up for an annual plan and PromptMantra isn't working for you, you can request a refund within the first 30 days. We refund the unused portion of the year, calculated as:
refund = annual_total - (annual_total / 365) * days_used
After 30 days on an annual plan, no pro-rated refund is offered, but you can still cancel renewal at any time and keep access through the end of your annual term.
How to request a refund.
Email info@reputeinfosystems.com with the subject “Refund request”. Include the workspace name and the email on the account. We process refunds within 5 business days. The funds typically appear back on your card or bank within 7–10 days depending on your bank's posting time.
Custom and enterprise plans.
Refunds for custom contracts (Business+ with a signed MSA) follow the terms in your contract, which override this page. If you're unsure what your contract says, your account manager can walk you through it.
What we don't refund.
- Custom one-time onboarding fees on enterprise contracts (disclosed up-front before signing).
- Add-on services purchased outside the standard subscription (e.g. consulting, custom integrations).
- Usage on a paused or downgraded account.
